At 321Robots, we aim to provide high-quality robotics education and a positive learning experience.

1. Digital Course Purchases

Our courses are digital educational products delivered online.

Access to purchased courses is granted automatically after successful payment.

Because digital content becomes available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided and any applicable statutory cancellation right has been validly lost or expired.

2. Cancellation Rights

321Robots provides digital educational courses that become accessible immediately after successful payment.

By expressly consenting to immediate access during checkout and acknowledging the loss of the applicable cancellation right, customers agree that their statutory 14-day cancellation right for qualifying digital content will end once delivery begins, provided all legal requirements are met.

As a result, customers cannot ordinarily cancel a purchase or request a refund simply because they have changed their minds after digital course access has begun.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.

Where applicable, additional consumer protection rights under the laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
